At Unwined Candle Co., we take great care in handcrafting and packaging our products. Please read the information below before making a purchase.


Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before completing your order.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we are happy to arrange a replacement.

To help us resolve this quickly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number, and

  • Clear photo evidence of the damage

Once assessed, we will organise a replacement at no additional cost to you.


Used or Burned Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for candles that have been used or burned.


Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are treated the same as full-price items under this policy.


Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for products that are faulty, not as described, or unsafe.
